ASC 2573C sUAS Outdoor Flight Training
This course familiarizes the students with all the regulatory standards and practical aspects of operating a small unmanned aircraft system for commercial purposes. The students learn how to preform pre-flight and post-flight inspection of the aircraft, how to maintain drone logbook, how to establish a safe environment during flight mission, what the emergency procedures are, and how to deal with spectators. In the practical portion of the course, the students continue to build on the skills acquired through indoor flight training; they learn how to operate a professional commercial drone in an outdoor setting.
