PHT 1351 General Pharmacology for Physical Therapist Assistants
This course teaches basic pharmacological concepts and principles in the management of specific patient diagnosis and medical conditions. Specific drugs and therapeutic effects associated with patients receiving physical therapy treatment are discussed. Medical error relating to the physical therapist assistant's role in the care and treatment of physical therapy patients are also included.
