HSA 4421 Policy and Governmental Regulations in Health Care
This course explores and analyzes the legislative process, examines health system issues at the federal, state and local levels, and differentiates the components of the policy analysis process. Through lecture, class projects, and research this course prepares students to identify health care issues, develop evidence-based policy recommendations, and create a proposal to influence change in a health care policy.
