DEP 2402 Psychology of Adulthood and Aging

In this course, students examine the psychological, biological, and social processes associated with human development from early adulthood through the end of the lifespan. Students explore cognitive transitions, personality development, physical changes associated with aging, and the evolving social roles related to career, family, and retirement. Special emphasis is placed on examining developmental theories and evidence-based interventions to support the well-being of older adults.
