EDG 3620 Curriculum and Instruction
In this course, students explore curriculum and instruction at the Elementary K-6 level. Teacher candidates examine the curriculum and the role and responsibilities of the teacher. Teacher candidates investigate the principles of curriculum development and the use of instructional strategies. Teacher candidates develop, implement, and evaluate lesson plans that incorporate meaningful and authentic learning experiences appropriate to the specific ability level of the intended audience.
