EDG 4410 Classroom Management and Communication

This course provides basic skills and knowledge for creating a learning environment that encourages positive social interaction and effective communication among members of the learning community. Attitudes, language patterns, values and behaviors are emphasized. This course also includes methods and strategies for consulting with other school professionals and parents. A minimum of 15 hours of early field experience in a classroom and an additional fee for a background check by the school district are required.
