HSC 0003 Introduction to Healthcare (N)

In this course, students are introduced to the skills necessary for entry into a course of study in the health care field. This course provides an overview of the health care delivery system, health occupations, and communication skills. Safety, health promotion, and legal/ethical issues are presented. This course also fulfills the state mandatory four-hour blood borne pathogens (HIV/AIDS) requirement.
