HSC 3661 Healthcare Communications

In this course, students explore many facets of the communication competency healthcare managers must embrace, including communication skills, relationship management, and negotiation techniques. Students examine effective communication techniques through current patient communication models, team-building trends, and application of oral and written skill building exercises.
