MAN 2300 Introduction to Human Resource Management

In this course, students examine the key roles and responsibilities of a modern Human Resources (HR) department. Topics include effective recruitment and selection practices, compliance with employment laws and business ethics, labor relations, employee discipline strategies, performance management, and the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Emphasis is placed on applying HR principles to real-world organizational challenges.
