PHI 1624 Philosophy and Popular Culture
In this course students learn about many of the major themes in philosophy through an examination of popular culture. Weekly sections relate areas such as film and music to more detailed concerns in areas of philosophy such as ethics, aesthetics, epistemology, metaphysics, and logic. The course culminates in a student-led project that applies philosophy to a topic in popular culture.
