MUT 1112 Theory of Music II

In this course, students continue to explore more complex elements of musical form and analysis (melody, harmony, rhythm, and structure) and develop intermediate skills in the science of music theory.  The musical concepts presented in this course are primarily based in the Western tradition and students analyze more complex musical literature. Students also prepare for continued study of music theory.
