CJK 0326 Supervising Correctional Populations (N)
In this course students learn the supervision and management of inmate populations within correctional facilities. Emphasis is placed on inmate behavior, communication, cultural diversity, and maintaining order and control. Topics include classification, supervision strategies, interpersonal skills, and responding to inmate needs while ensuring safety and security.
