RTE 2533L Radiographic Procedures IV Lab
In this course, students apply the principles from RTE 2533 by demonstrating proper identification of anatomical landmarks and radiographic positioning. These skills are employed while maintaining radiation safety practices and proper patient care. Students have the opportunity to practice communication skills by using identification factors, taking history, and instructing others on procedures. For each unit students are assessed on these skills in a controlled lab setting. The specific units students study in this course include the esophagus, upper GI, lower GI, biliary and urinary systems.
