EMS 2602C Paramedic II
This course provides a developing-level of instruction in advanced life support as it further emphasizes the theory behind and skills required to recognize, assess, plan, and manage acutely ill or injured patients. Students participate in a combination of classroom lecture and skills lab practice and application. Requires admission to the Paramedic program. Student must possess Florida EMT licensure and healthcare provider CPR certification valid for the length of the program. Student must possess PHTLS certification in order to take this course. Lab fee $150.
